I really needed this today. I am trying to start my own buisness, run a household alone, (my husband travels for his job) work full time and grow a garden to feed three families. I am often discouraged and depressed about what I see and hear. There are many days I just don't want to go on. Thanks Rena, it's good to hear about miracles in the midst of these times.

Great article! Our God is awesome - even when He does the unexpected. We can trust Him because He is love!

I remember this moment -- going to one of life's lows to one of life's highs in just a matter of days. It's important that we keep the proper perspective all the time -- when we're dealt hard blows and when we're undeservingly blessed. It's so easy to get wrapped up in today's difficulties that we forget the power of our Creator. Thanks, Rena, for sharing this story!

Wow!!!!! How true.... God is in control....I rest in that. Such an inspiring story. I am so glad that He is in control and not us. He sees all things and knows what is best for us. So glad to be His. Keep on writing Rena. This is awesome.

You're right, we forget when times are good. And it goes to show what a power there is when people gather on that hill and pray.

This gives hope during our current economic situation. It enforces the fact that God is in control and he is still performing miracles today.

Good, emotionally charged story. It gave me chill bumps! There are few things that can bolster someone's faith then hearing stories like this. There is hardly any way to not see the work of God and His true awesome power! Great piece of writing! Hallelujah!
